Astro Boy and his Cake

A witness saw Kevin Chua, 18, was being found at the bakery shop on 9 Feb buying his own signature cake: The Astro Boy cake.
The witness was being identified as "Ian Kong".
Ian, 17, followed Kevin into the bakery near Singapore Polytechnic. Kevin was seen buying a cup of bubble tea as a cover up while he purchased his cake.
According to the staffs of the bakery, he wore a white collar tee and black bermudas.
